Project Cut Files

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

I cut this simple Mother's Day card from one of the Free Cuts of the Week - Mother's Day Card 06.

I've uploaded my ccr files for you to cut from. Cut the base "Card" and "Liner". I've only glued the liner right at the spine of the base card layer.
Cut patterned paper front - Because I needed 2 cards I cut my first patterned paper layer using the "Card" layer from my cut files. The 2nd patterned paper front from the "Lace" layer. Don't unload the mat between cuts. The 2nd patterned paper layer is cut from the same sheet of paper to maximize paper usage.

Glue to the front of your card
Cut your flowers - I used white 65lb card stock for my top layers, and then chose 2 different colours for my bottom layers. Put your flowers together. I've also used a gold bead as the centers. I just glued them in place, and they seem to be holding fine.

Arrange your flowers on your card. Et Voila!
