STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Nativity figures are cut from 'capers' cardstock, and backed with gold 'precious metals' cardstock. The camel and two of the sheep are basic shapes without the quilted layer. All figures, except the star, are from A Quilted Christmas. The star is from Folk Art Festival.
Mount the figures in three frames: one 8" x 10", and two 8" x 15" (approximately). The frames are matted with cream 'stardust' cardstock.
Corrugated cardboard form the stable with a gold and flourish roof. A red velvet bow is added to the outside of the picture glass, with a bow tail on the glass of the wisemen and shepherd picture frames.

Step 1
