STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Using the Cricut Artiste cartridge, cut Poinsettia - Pg. 80 - Accent 1 - 3.5” x 3 & 3.75” x 1 using Cranberry Cardstock. Cut Poinsettia - Pg. 80 - Accent 1 - 3.75” x 2 using Olive Cardstock.
Score each of the star template pieces from point to point length-wise. Fold on score line. {Contact me at pamela@reflectionsofmyartandsoul.com for star template}. Using the direct-to-paper technique, swipe the Cashmere Ink pad along the edges of each of the star template pieces and over the score line. Adhere the star template pieces to the My Creations Star as shown.
Score the center of each leaf on each Cricut Artiste Poinsettia shape. Gently fold the score line to give the poinsettia leaves some dimension. Using fine/medium sandpaper, gently sand each Cricut Artiste Poinsettia to reveal the cardstock’s white core. Using the direct-to-paper technique, swipe the Cashmere Ink pad over each of the Cricut Artiste Poinsettia shapes.
Beginning with the largest Cricut Artiste Poinsettia shape in Cranberry, layer the smaller Cricut Artiste Poinsettia shapes using 3-D Foam Tape as shown. Cut the leaves apart on the Olive Cricut Artiste Poinsettia shapes and adhere them underneath the finished Cranberry Cricut Artiste Poinsettia using Glue Dots. Adhere the finished Cricut Artiste Poinsettia to the center of the My Creations Star using more 3-D Foam Tape or Hot Glue.
Using the Almond Glitter Glitz Gel, place dots of gel in the center of the Cricut Artiste Poinsettia. Set aside to dry completely. Usually takes 30-45 minutes for Glitter Glitz Gel to dry.
