This Haunted little Town is filled with many fun and adorable Cricut creations! I was shopping for a new cartridge and noticed that there was a contest going for The Create a Critter 2 cartridge and could not be more excited! I then noticed that today was the final day! I quickly started to plan and after seeing that adorable little ghost with the pirate hat on I knew what I wanted to make! I decided that I wanted to make more than just a card for the little ghost, so I worked along side my Husband and 2 teenage daughters to build this beautiful project! I used every layer and image that I possibly could as well as any of the other cartridges that I own. I only wish the glow in the dark glitter that I put on the ghost photographed better. I am so excited to have made this with my family and to be entering my 1st contest! See details

Star Create A Critter 2 Contest Project - 1 Card

Card is 5" X 5" square die-cut. The card features layers separated by acetate. It was created using Cricut CraftRoom. Complete CCR file available for download. Every cut and cut size are provided in the cut file. Only thing you have to do is cut and glue the pieces. I used the haunted house and tree from Create a Critter 2. I also used George and Basic Shapes for the frames. The bats are from Holiday Cakes. And the fence is from Mini Monsters. See details

PRETTY DIVERSE

I wrote this review for Amazon and am pasting it here too: I use the Holiday Cakes cartridge for scrapbooking and cardmaking instead of for cakes. It would be good for mass producing cards for sure. It has a little bit of everything. To name a few, it has a haunted house, wedding doves, a stork for the newborn, harvest pumpkin, bats with a full moon, Easter, winter & spring stuff as well as some basic shapes plus eyelet, vine and other borders, ... and a spaghetti style alphabet. I usually purchase the cake cartridges for the fancy borders - this one has less borders, but this other stuff compensates nicely. I gave it 4 stars because I feel that as a full cartridge some space had been squandered. It seems that it could have had another 20-30 images. Still, I can see myself coming back to it for one occasion after another.

I love this cartridge!

I used this for just about all of my cards last year and I make a lot of cards. It is awesome. I give it a thumbs up. It's not just a cake cartridge.
