I created the strawberries and the little basket with the "Spring Cottage" cartridge. For our cousin June, I created a photo memories booklet and then made the box for it from Cricut Cartridge Tags, Bags, Boxes and More and I used the Flower Shop Cartridge to make the flower for the top. I just recently made a thank you card for my friend Sandy. I have a lot to learn when it comes to creating Cricut projects and I think with each one I make, once it is done, I see that, if I had done this or that different it would have looked better. I have just started writing down the sizes and how I put something together, I just figured if it didn't work I would just try something different but I have found that by writing it down I can see where my "design plan" should have stayed in the "planning stage" a little longer. Absolutlely Adorable!!

I LOVE this cart! The birds are dressed in 'clothes' to go with holidays & seasons & events - but in a simple, easy-to-put-together way so that anyone can use this. The birds aren't too girly - I've used them for guy cards with no problem. I really like all of the 'bird' sayings - and many are cute puns that can apply to many situations. The font has 'bird feet' as the letter 'cutouts' and it's great with the bird theme (although it can be a bit tough to make phrases to go onto cards because it's so blocky & wide), but the shadow is a decent size & really shows off the cutouts. I almost said you wouldn't want to use the font except for bird themes, but in all honesty, you could also look at the feet as belonging to a dog or cat, too (it looks sort of like 3 fat toes rather than talons!). You can also use the 'clothing' alone (w/ real dial size) or to dress something else. This is one of my favorites!
