Cricut DesignStudio is here, and it’s off to a great start. We are forever
grateful to those of you who have taken the plunge and purchased Cricut
DesignStudio, and we are already impressed with the incredible projects
starting to pop up all over the globe! But to all you interested readers,
we say this: The good times have only just begun!
Baby’s First Steps
Like any baby passed around at a baby shower, most of you have been able
to ooh and aah at the little cutie, all fresh and new. But inevitably,
a few of you got the baby just in time for some burping, crying, and
diaper changing. On the one hand, we are excited that most of you proud
Cricut DesignStudio owners are having a wonderful time discovering
the capabilities of your new software. This gives us great hopes for
the future of Cricut. But at the same time, we understand that some
of our wonderful Cricut enthusiasts are having problems getting their
new software up and running. With great gusto, we apologize to any
of you who are having technical problems that are keeping you from
joining in on the party. Please, please know that we are scrambling
on our end to listen, catalogue, solve, fix, and serve you the best
we can. Rest assured that solutions are already being discovered and
support is already expanding and improving. WE HEAR YOUR VOICE. We
are reading the message boards and are listening to your calls. You
ARE the village it takes to raise this child, and we thank you for
all your patience, input, and patronage. We are nothing without you.
We’ve also noticed all the wonderful help you are giving to each other
through the online community. We couldn’t ask for better help. You
are our heroes. Hang in there, friends, and watch as this new little
baby really starts growing.
