I used only duct tape to make this project. I used the Cricut Groovy Times Cartridge To make multiple layers for each of the items on the outlet cover.

CRICUT ®: WHAT WAS USED

OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED

  • Duct Tape
  • Outlet Cover
  • Very Used Cutting Mat
  • Xacto Knife

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Lay Background Color of Duct Tape, and use the Xacto Knife to cut out the outlet holes. Then Choose your decorations from the cartridge, a tip is to make the color of each layer match the tape color you are going to use for that layer. I chose to use the phrase "Smokin'", a mushroom, and mustache (from the mustaches and glasses cart), and of course the muscle car. I used 4 layers on the car, and built it up.
