- Dowels
- Brown cardstock (2)
- Glitter
- Yellow cardstock (1)

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Cricut® Cuts:
Victorian Romance Cartridge
1. Intricate wrapper
a. Pink wrapper (4” <CupckWrp>)
2. Simple wrapper
a. Polka dot pattern wrapper (4” < CupkWpLr >)
3. Frame
a. Frame (4” <Frame>)
Victorian Romance Cartridge
1. Intricate wrapper
a. Pink wrapper (4” <CupckWrp>)
2. Simple wrapper
a. Polka dot pattern wrapper (4” < CupkWpLr >)
3. Frame
a. Frame (4” <Frame>)
Create intricate wrapper from cut 1a. Set heart cuts aside. Adhere edges together
Create simple wrapper from cut 2a. Adhere edges together.
Create frame from cut 3a.
Use paper trimmer to cut three 1” x 7 ½” pieces of yellow cardstock. Fold accordion style. Adhere ends of strip together to form a rosette. Adhere remaining heart cut to rosette.
Adhere dowel between frame and rosette. Place in cupcake.
Embellish as desired.

Create intricate wrapper from cut 1a. Set heart cuts aside. Adhere edges together

Create simple wrapper from cut 2a. Adhere edges together.
Step 4
Create frame from cut 3a.
Step 5
Use paper trimmer to cut three 1” x 7 ½” pieces of yellow cardstock. Fold accordion style. Adhere ends of strip together to form a rosette. Adhere remaining heart cut to rosette.
Step 6
Adhere dowel between frame and rosette. Place in cupcake.
Step 7
