CRICUT ®: WHAT WAS USED

OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED

  • Card stock
  • adhesive
  • ribbon
  • hot glue

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Down load the cut file. It does take some time to cut the pennants out because of all the cuts. I alternated the pennant colors using black and red. In the cut file I placed 2 pennant pieces on 1 8.5x 11" paper with circles to be used on the rosettes on the same cut to save paper. Adhere them together.

On the cut file the rosettes have 5 pieces on each sheet, I used 3 to make 1 rosette, you just have to cut as many as you need to finish the banner. I scored and glues together 3 prosette pieces. I used the circles cut with the pennants, on the center of the rosettes alternating between 2 colors as I did with the pennants. Watch the video for details.
The letters were cut using Feeling Groovy cartridge, used the shadow and base. The white paper is glitter paper from JoAnns and so are the rosettes.
