  • Red cardstock (1)
  • Composition notebook
  • Beige cardstock (2)
  • Ink
  • Black cardstock (1)
  • Adhesive

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Heritage Cartridge
1. Title: Family History
a. Two red title: family (1 ¼” Word + <House6>)
b. Two red title: history (1 ¼” Word + <Lamp1>)
2. Frame
a. Red base (5 ¾” Charm + Shift <Accent7>)
b. Black frame (5 ½” Charm + <Bus>)
3. Tree
a. Black tree (2 ¾” <Tree1>)
b. Two black tree shadows (2 ¾” Shadow + <Trees1>)
Use paper trimmer to cut two 7 ½“ x 9 ¾” pieces of beige cardstock. Ink edges. Adhere to front and back of composition notebook.
Attach ribbon along binding edge of notebook.
Create title from cuts 1a-1b. Layer together. Adhere to notebook front.
Create frame from cuts 2a-2b. Layer together.
Create tree from cuts 3a-3b. Layer together on frame. Adhere to notebook front.
Embellish as desired.
