  • Distress Inks
  • Patterned and solid cardstock
  • Distress Stickles-Clear Rock Candy
  • sander ribbon flowers
  • Copic marker
  • Glossy Accents

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

See cut file for sizing.
I used Tea Dye Distress Ink on the bird cage and for the birds' breast. Broken China Distress Ink was used for the birds' body. A Copic marker was used for the beak.
Apply Distress Stickles to the bird cage and let it dry. I sanded the full surface of the Core-dinations as well as the edges.
Before I glued the bird cage to the card, I put a little ring at the top to hold the ribbon. Glue the bird cage to the card front. I glued the flowers on with Glossy Accents.
Glue one bird to the outside of the cage. Attach the patterned card stock to the flap that will be showing through the bird cage. Then use dimensional dots to attach the bird on the patterned card stock. That's it!
