STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Using Creative Cards, cut card, flower layers and leaves all at 5". Shape flower and leaves, assemble cuts.
Cut, "Happy Birthday" at 4" with Wild Card, adhere to front of card.
