An old fashion valentine card made with this weeks free extreme font, and a paper ruffle made from a rosette.

  • H2Os watercolors

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Cut heart and valentine related images. I used H2Os to age paper and add shimmer to images. The paper ruffle is made by cutting out rosette at 1in I used CCR to remove cutouts leave them if you want a lacy look. Instead of accordion fold, fold in and out skip two marks then fold out and in(see pic) continue folding and glue more strips as needed.
