1. Flags
a. Five cream bases (1” <Flag2>)
b. Five dark teal flags (1” Shift + <Flag2>)
c. Five cream bases (1” <Flag4>)
d. Five gray flags (1” Shift + <Flag4>)
e. Five cream bases (1” <Flag7>)
f. Five rustic red flags (1” Shift + <Flag7>)
g. Five cream bases (1” <Flag8>)
h. Five teal flags (1” Shift + <Flag8>)
i. Five cream bases (1” <Flag9>)
j. Five mustard yellow flags (1” Shift + <Flag9>)
Create flags from cuts 1a-1j. Layer together.
Adhere wood skewers in between each flag.
Insert into cake as desired.
