STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Take the inside cuts that you saved from the name and or number and place them wherever using the transfer tape. As you can see I used the inside cuts of the child's name and placed it on a basketball backboard.
First place adhesive backed vinyl on your mat and cut your child's name and favorite sporting number with your Cricut. *NOTE: I set my pressure to 2 and blade depth to 3.
Peel the excess vinyl off that you don't plan to use. But save the inside cuts from the name (and/or number).
Take transfer tape and cut it to the size of the name and/or number and follow package directions to apply where desired.
For the football I took a football-looking shape from the basic cartridge and took two parenthesis and placed them over the shape. Then I took rectangles and shrunk them and used those as the laces. I think it came out great! Probably would make good confetti for a football part also.
Cut the football and use transfer tape to apply wherever.
