Project Cut Files
STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Cut out all pieces from cut file. Adhere the bottom paper to the chipboard and then ink the edges.
Put the top pieces thru the cuttle bug with folder of choice, I used a hearts folder by Paper Studio. Adhere that top piece to the frame piece.
I have a video on my blog here to show you. http://melodylanedesigns.blogspot.com/2013/01/valentine-love-banner.html
