paint the flower pot and glue the bowl to the bottom of the flower pot place flower pot upside down , paint the dish plate as well set aside to dry that will be your cover for the bowl . you can decorate as you please after paint and glitter has died fill bowl with candy or gum as diresed and placed dish onto as a cover glue a know ball etc as a handle fpr the candy ..
