STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
This was created using the Animal Kingdom cartridge and S.E.I. brand dark brown iron-on sheets. These were 4" on the size setting. I used the regular blade with high pressure and the blade setting on 6 to cut through the material. Two I cut with the regular settings and two were cut using the "flip" feature on my Cricut Expression machine.
The squares with the elephants measure 8.5"x 8.5".
The elephants can be added to the quilt top at anytime between when you have the squares cut out and when the quilt top is completed before you add the batting or backing.
The backing was from a dark brown sheet, and tied with multi-colored yarn that matched the colors on the blanket. I tied it first and folded over the leftover for the binding.
