STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Cut snowment from Winter Frolic to fit your snow flake with white cardstock. These are 2.5 inches
Use your markers and ink to color hats, scarfs, and mittens. Assemble Snowmen.
Glue on the snowflake base. Enjoy yourself... or send to Provo Craft's ornament charity donation :)
