CRICUT ®: WHAT WAS USED

OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED

  • blue cardstock
  • pink cardstock
  • blue glitter
  • pink glitter
  • pink rhinestones
  • glue dots or adhesive foam
  • white twine
  • sticker making machine or glue

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

First cut out snowflake that is in row 1 - 8 buttons over on overlay at 5 inches out blue cardstock, then cut the snowflake that is in row 2 - 10th button at 4 inches out of pink cardstock. Then cut one more snowflake in row 1 - 10th button at 2 inches out of blue cardstock. Use a thick cardstock or make double cuts of each snowflake and glue them together to make the paper sturdy.
Take your big blue snow flake and add glitter as desired. I outlined the edges of mine. Let it dry before attaching other snowflakes.
Take your pink snow flake and glitter the entire flake. I used a sticker making machine to add adhesive and then glitter.
Take your smallest blue snowflake and glitter the entire snowflake. If you wish, glitter paper can be used to achieve the same results. I just wanted to use the glitter I had on hand. I also liked the sparkle of the glitter I used. When all the layers are dry layer the snow flakes using glue dots or adhesive foam. Pay attention to how you place them. There are six arms to each of the snowflakes. Use the pictures to place the snowflakes.
Place 6 rhinestone on the big 5 inch snowflake. Add one rhinestone to the smallest snowflake. Then add twine so you can hang it easily.
