c. White base (5 ¼” Blackout/Shadow + Shift + )
d. White base (5 ¼” Blackout/Shadow + Shift + )
e. White base (5 ¼” Blackout/Shadow + Shift + )

2. Doilies
a. Green doily (3” Font2 + Shift + )
b. Gray doily (2 ¾” Font2 + )
c. Dark green doily (2 ¾” Font2 + )
d. Brown doily (3” Font2 + Shift + )
e. Aqua doily (3” Font2 + Shift + )

3. Circles
a. Five stripe circles (3” Font2 + Shift + )

4. Title: Jolly
a. Five white circles (2 ¼” Font2 + Shift + )
b. Pink title (2 ¼” Font2 + or title of choice)
Create banner bases from cuts 1a-1e. Apply glitter.
Create doilies from cuts 2a-2e. Adhere to banner.
Create circles from cuts 3a. Ink edges. Attach bakers twine and ribbon. Use foam squares to adhere to banner.
Create title from cuts 4a-4b. Stitch as desired. Use foam squares to adhere to banner.
Attach ribbon to back of banner.
Embellish as desired.
