  • Hot cocoa packet
  • Adhesive
  • Pearls
  • White cardstock (1)
  • Eyelets
  • Dark gray cardstock (1)
  • Twine
  • Orange cardstock (1)
  • Ink
  • Light blue cardstock (1)
  • Sewing machine & thread
  • Blue cardstock (1)
  • Eyelet setter
  • Red/pink dot pattern paper (1)

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Cricut® Cuts:

Use project cut file (CCR file) to create cuts.

1. Mug Pocket
a. Blue mug front (Blue layer)
b. Blue mug back (Blue layer)
c. White heart (White layer)
d. Red/pink dot pattern heart (Red layer)
2. Phrase: Get Well
a. White phrase (White layer)
b. Light blue phrase (Lt. Blue layer)
3. Penguin
a. Dark gray base (Dk. Gray layer)
b. White body/feet (White layer)
c. Light blue body (Lt. Blue layer)
d. Orange beak (Orange layer)
4. Snowflake
a. White snowflake (White layer)
Create mug from cuts 1a-1d. Use Cuttlebug® Just My Type Folder to emboss cuts 1a-1b. Layer together. Use sewing machine as desired.
Create phrase from cuts 2a-2b. Use scissors to trim. Layer together. Adhere to mug.
Create penguin from cuts 3a-3d. Use the Cuttlebug® Swiss Dots Folder to emboss cut 3b. Layer together. Adhere to mug.
Create snowflake from cut 4a. Set eyelet. Attach to mug with twine.
Embellish as desired.

Step 2

Step 3

Create phrase from cuts 2a-2b. Use scissors to trim. Layer together. Adhere to mug.

Step 4

Create penguin from cuts 3a-3d. Use the Cuttlebug® Swiss Dots Folder to emboss cut 3b. Layer together. Adhere to mug.

Step 5

Create snowflake from cut 4a. Set eyelet. Attach to mug with twine.

Step 6

Embellish as desired.
