- Stampin Up and PTi CS
- SU Snow Festival patterned paper
- SU Gumball Green ribbon
- Liquid Applique
- SU Dazzling Diamonds glitter
STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Cut owl at 4" and assemble layers.
Apply Liquid Applique to hat. While it's wet, sprinkle on glitter. Allow to dry. When dry, heat with heat tool until puffy.
Tie ribbon around background layers and assemble card.
