STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Paint plaques. I used MS Summer Linen, 3 coats.
Measure plaques. I made my art measure 5" wide, which made it 10.5" tall. Cut art from vinyl.
Trim flourishes from ends of art. I cut extra flourishes from one collage, so they would both match. Weed centers out of letters and flourishes to create stencils. Adhere to transfer tape.
Trim vinyl close to letters to make centering easier. Center flourishes near ends of plaques. Remove transfer tape and use foam brush to apply paint colors of choice. Peel off vinyl.
When dry, apply 2 coats of clear acrylic spray.
