  • SU cardstock and patterned paper
  • Best Creations glitter cardstock
  • Oval Nestabilities
  • Big Shot machine
  • colored rhinestones
  • clear plastic packaging

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Cut potions base at 2.5" from clear plastic. Cut layers at 2.5" from glitter paper. Assemble cuts. Cut oval at 4.25" from Elegant Edges cartridge. Use Nestabilities die to die cut oval from shimmery white cardstock.
Edge clear plastic cuts with a black Sharpie for definition. Add colored jewels to tops of bottles.
Adhere bottles to oval using foam tape underneath the "liquid". Adhere oval to frame. Adhere this piece to a piece of patterned paper layered on cardstock. Adhere to card base.
