STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Wrapped two sections of the foam wreath with black ribbon.
Cut Happy Halloween at 1.25 inches. Glue letters to a sign.
Cut the movable cat at 3 inches and assemble with brads
Add the bow, sign and cat to the wreath.
