STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Belle Bear is 3.5 inches from Teddy Bear Parade. Butterfly and flower are from Create a critter and are cut at 2.5 inches and 1.5 inches. Beary Sweet title is made using Baby Steps font (welded in Cricut Craft Room) and is 1.3 inches.
I used Creative Memories 'Meadow' punch for the butterflies and flowers. The background cardstock is DCWV Nana's Nursery 'Baby Girl'.
