This tree reminded me of making fall leaf finger paintings. I used the Create a Critter 2-- tree with a smiley face.

CRICUT ®: WHAT WAS USED

OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED

  • Finger paints
  • 8x11 black/grey background
  • stick glue

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Cut a Tree out so it fits in 8x11 piece of paper. I streched the tree so it is a skinny tree. I cut 2 trees on a 12x12 piece of paper. Cut them out and paste to a black or grey background.
It gets a little messy with the finger paints so have children dress appropriately. I used a old dress shirt and button in the back. lay out news paper and let the kids use fall colors and paint as they like.

Step 1
