I used Create A Critter 2 to make this layout. All papers are DCWV Halloween & Fall value stack. I followed a sketch from the DCWV blog. I cut the Boo at 5.34 inches x 2.319 inches in both black and white and shadowed one over the other. I cut the ghost at 5.431 inches x 4.417 inches in white and hid the hat (I also hid the eyes and mouth on the ghost and later added a google eye and the smile by hand), and copy and pasted the hat at the same size as before and cut it in black. I cut the skull in white at .667 inches x .653 inches. I cut the shadow bag and candy in black at 2.792 inches x 2.514 inches and the orange bag and candy layer at 2.097 inches x 1.653 inches. I hand cut the little pennants and put them on pop dots and over the top of tooth picks. I didn't have the perfect pics for this layout printed so I just put down photo mats to hold a place for the time being.. the orange one is 5x7 and the small black one is 2.5 x 3.5.
