Created at 5". Tip: add grommets in the corners of the pennants so the paper won't rip!

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Set pennant for 5"
Cut printed cardstock for top layer of pennant and brown cardstock for scalloped layer.
Create rosettes 2" with Lime Cardstock; score, glue together and flatten out. cut two circles to keep rosette in place; glue with Glossy Accents.
Cut Damask design of choice to create medallions for each pennant. Cut out letters to spell "MOM" from Brown cardstock and layer over Lime Cardstock.
Punch holes on end, add grommets and connect with sheer ribbon.

Step 1
