STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

It has been a while since I made these, but I think I sized them in Design Studio to fit two on a 12x12 piece of cardstock. I lined the window with clear plastic, filled them with jelly beans, added ribbon, and used a branch punch to decorate the top.
