STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Cricut® Cuts:
To the Cabin Cartridge
1. Antlers
a. Brown antler base (3” <Antlers>)
b. Aqua antler layer (3” <AntlrLr1>)
c. Cream antlers (3” <AntlrLr2>)

2. Aspen log
a. Two brown bases (1 ¾” <AspenLog>)
b. Two cream aspen logs (1 ¾” <AspnLgLy>)
Use paper trimmer to cut one 11 ¾” x 11 ¾” piece of cream cardstock. Adhere to one 12” x 12” piece of aqua cardstock to create base.
Use paper trimmer to cut one 2 ½” x 12” piece of plaid pattern paper. Adhere to layout.
Create antlers from cuts 1a-1c. Layer together. Use foam squares to adhere to layout.
Use paper trimmer to cut one 5 ½” x 5 ½” piece of brown cardstock and one 5 ¼” x 5 ¼” piece of aqua cardstock. Layer together. Adhere to layout.
Create aspen log from cuts 2a-2b. Layer together. Use scissors to cut in half. Adhere to layout.
Embellish as desired.

Step 2

Use paper trimmer to cut one 11 ¾” x 11 ¾” piece of cream cardstock. Adhere to one 12” x 12” piece of aqua cardstock to create base.

Step 3

Use paper trimmer to cut one 2 ½” x 12” piece of plaid pattern paper. Adhere to layout.

Step 4

Create antlers from cuts 1a-1c. Layer together. Use foam squares to adhere to layout.

Step 5

Use paper trimmer to cut one 5 ½” x 5 ½” piece of brown cardstock and one 5 ¼” x 5 ¼” piece of aqua cardstock. Layer together. Adhere to layout.

Step 6

Create aspen log from cuts 2a-2b. Layer together. Use scissors to cut in half. Adhere to layout.

Step 7

Embellish as desired.

My favorite kind of layout - simple and relatively fast! Love the colors used - not the usual camo colors for hunting! Great job.
