STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Down load the cut file, cut the file, you might want to watch the first video here to see how to cut it and make sure everything is welded that should be.

I started with the Leprechaun and flocked the Beard with Martha Stewart flocking powder so it feels fuzzy. Put the rest of the Leprechaun together, you can see how in the video here.
Use the cuttlebug on the gold using an embossing folder with small circles to help it look like gold coins. I put the pot of gold together and then used gold glitter glue to enhance the gold. Put together the Kiss Me label and add foam squares to the back of these images.
First on the wreath put the rainbow, then the light green shamrock under the rainbow and then the dark green shamrock. Next adhere all the welded dark green shamrocks as shown in pictures and video. Then ink the edges of light green shamrocks and put a tiny fold in each leaf as shown in video part 3.
Apply foam squares to back of light green shamrocks and apply as seen in pictures and video part 3. then apply the rest of images to the wreath.

Oops, no wonder I couldn't cut it. The shamrocks are from Create a critter.

Love the wreath. I downloaded the cut file and when I went to cut it, I got an error message that said wrong cartridge insert Create a Critter cartridge." I don't have that cartridge but I have the digital file for St. Patricks Day.
