I actually found this here in project center. I loved it and had to make two of them. I used the Creative Cards cartridge during the free week.

  • brads/eyelets
  • adhesive
  • thread

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Download the cutfile in CCR and cut. The picture shows how I had my paper. You can see more on my blog at http://melodylanedesigns.blogspot.com/2013/02/swinging-bird-cage-card.html
Punch holes in the card and top of bird cage, apply brads or eyelets and tie the bird cage up.
Put the rest of the cutouts on the card where desired. There are more bird cut outs than I used.

Step 1
