Put 45 suckers - that had been covered with Tim Holz tissue paper, in painted flower pot. Added words and vulture cut at 3" from Life's a Party. Balloon w/square and cake cut at 3" from Stretch your Imagination. "50" cut from Something to Celebrate also at 3". Other balloons and gifts at 3" from Celebrations. Also used black and white plain and printed papers. I put Styrofoam in pot and covered with moss painted with Tim Holtz Black Soot reinker in spray bottle.

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Cut all images at 3" with shadows on words and balloons. I cut a 2nd of each image/word in either black or white so that I could hide the stick that is attached to hold it in the pot. I used long thin popsicle sticks painted black. Tie your favorite ribbon around the rim and make a bow.
