I used Wild Card 2 for everything except the banner. All cut at 4.5",a little inking and embossing. The banner and sentiment(combination of stamps) are all My Creative Time.

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the card base and all layers at 4.5"
Emboss the front of the red card and ink edges
Emboss the white layer and ink edges
Ink the anchor and glue to front of card
Emboss the rope and ink and glue to card
Cut the banner die and stamp
Attach the banner to the card
