- Poster Board (Two Colors)
- Liquid Glue
- Glitter

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Cut down your two colors of poster board to fit on a 12x24 mat.
Cut out the CCR Files and assemble the base and blackouts for the numbers and letters using liquid glue. Each of the numbers cuts out at 23.5 inches tall and the letters cut out at 10.5 inches tall.
Using liquid glue, outline the 2013 and sprinkle the glitter onto the glue.
Set out your letters to dry!
Once everything is dried, decorate a cute display for your graduation party!
