CRICUT ®: WHAT WAS USED

OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED

  • Scissors
  • Small paper butterflies (2 identical)
  • 12” paper trimmer
  • Foam adhesive
  • Fine grit sand paper or sanding block
  • Adhesive
  • 8” of .25” light blue ribbon
  • Ivory solid cardstock (1)
  • 3D flower stickers
  • Floral patterned paper (1)
  • 3D tag sticker
  • Light blue white core cardstock (1)

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Cut a 10 x 7” piece from ivory solid cardstock, score down the center and fold in half for a 5” x 7” portrait card base.
Cut 5” x 7” piece from light blue solid cardstock. Use Cuttlebug® Rosa Folder to emboss. Lightly sand over image to reveal some of the white core. Attach to ivory card base.
Cut one 7” x 1” and one 5” x 1” strip from light blue solid cardstock. Use Cuttlebug® Rosa Border Folder to emboss. Repeat sanding technique in step 2.
Cut a piece of 4” x 6” from floral patterned paper. Attach to center of card base with foam adhesive.
Attach the 7” x 1” strip over the left side of floral piece. Attach the 4” x 1” strip over the other strip and about 1 ¼” from bottom of floral piece. Use small foam adhesive on the ends of each strip to secure to base.
Attach 3D tag sticker in the corner where the two strips meet.
Attach 3D flower stickers to the top left and bottom right of 3D tag.
Attach butterflies together with thin foam adhesive only in the middle. Slightly fold up top wings to give it ‘flight’. Attach at bottom left of 3D tag with foam adhesive.
Make small bow with 8” of 1” light blue ribbon and attach to right side of 3D tag

Step 1

Attach 3D tag sticker in the corner where the two strips meet.

Attach 3D flower stickers to the top left and bottom right of 3D tag.

Step 8

Make small bow with 8” of 1” light blue ribbon and attach to right side of 3D tag
