STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Begin by sanding any rough edges from your board. Using a Black Shapie, mark right edge of board with long and short dash pattern resembling a ruler. I made my 1 foot mark 5 inches from the bottom edge.
Using colored Cardsock cut numbers 1-6 @ 7.9" using Extreme Font Basic feature. Using Black Cardstock cut numbers 1-6 @ 3" using Cricut Font and Basic Shapes Basic feature (came free with Cricut Mini). Arrange numbers on board and adhere in desired positions. Cover with 2-3 coats of Modge-Podge allowing dry time in between each coat.
Install on wall, being sure to measure so 1 foot mark is 1 foot off the floor. Be sure to meaure from floor and not from baseboards. (almost did that. lol) Board is quite heavy so be sure to hit a stud.
There you have it. An easy way to keep tack of growing little munchkins or moody teens.
