- home made paper brad clip
- embrordery floss
STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Choose colors for project, cut image of fan with layers, tac printed colored/ printed paper over blank card, tear a small square of home made paper& attach, assemble fan, attach fan with brad over your torn paper square! Accent fan tale with embrodery floss, add sparkle by glittering flowers ( use extra fine glitter)
