I love designing tiles with my Cricut machine and vinyl! The finished product is both decorative and practical since they can be used as a home decoration or as a coaster or trivet.

  • 4x4 ceramic tile
  • colored vinyl

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

This project is so easy to make. First, I chose what design and word(s) I wanted to use. Next, using gold vinyl for one tile and yellow for another, I cut out the design on my Cricut machine.
Next, I weeded away any unnecessary vinyl surrounding the dove and letters as well as the vinyl that filled the holes and details in the dove and letters. Last, I used transfer tape to lift the vinyl off the backing and then position and applied it to the tile.

Step 1
