STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

First I cut out all of my pieces. From front to back: A welded "Happy Holidays" (from folk art festival cartridge which I have attached the cut file for), the welded shadow or background for "Happy Holidays" (also included in the cut file), a rosette (from ribbons and rosettes cartridge), a shape (folk art festival), and a pennant (pretty pennants cartridge).
Next i assembled the pieces with glue.
And finally hung the complete pennant from twine with clothes pins.

Step 1
