STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Using the Wild card cartridge, cut the card (scallop) in the brown paper. Cut the envelope (scallop-s) in the light blue paper.
Cut the blackout scallop-s and the blackout scallop in the red paper.
Glue the bases and blackouts together. Fold when it's dry. Finish gluying the envelope.
Decorate with the flowers and stems and sentiments.

Step 1
