STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Cut from Holiday Cards 23:
a. Base (5.5", silver snowflake paper)
b. Liner (5.5", dark blue paper)

b. Liner (5.5", dark blue paper)
Use the glue pen to outline the cut and layer the liner inside the card.
Fill in the letters JOY with silver Stickles. Fold when the card is completely dry.
