OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED

  • Stampin' Up and PTI CS
  • Very old Junkitz patterned paper
  • Brads pom poms
  • Crystal Effects
  • Corner punch
  • Peachy Keen Stamps

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Cut bear and layers at 4". Use Gypsy to hide bear's eyes.
Stamp eyes on bear, add white ink highlights and assemble layers.
Use piece from old corner punch for mouth.
Apply thick layer of Crystal Effects to balloon dog. Allow to dry. Adhere dog to hand.
Assemble card as desired.
