I started with a wood frame from Michaels and added papers, ribbons and Mini Monsters.. I added the "pick of the patch" cut shadow in both orange and purple and normal in both colors.. I painted the frame orange and then modge podged the black paper on followed by the cuts and some pumpkin ribbon in the bottom corner.
