STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS
Make paper buntings with saying of choice. I used buntings from Straight From The Nest and medallions from Cricut Craftroom Basics and the creepy font from Happy Hauntings. Ink edges, and assemble with adhesive.
Tie bunting pieces together with ribbon and adjust end lengths so it hangs nicely.
Make Movable Monsters of your choice. Skeleton was cut at 5" and Mummy at 6". Ink edges, assemble layers, and attach joints with black brads.
Witch luminary is an arranged and welded Witch cut from Movable Monsters in the centre of an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of black card stock. Cut the card stock and adhere a yellow sheet of vellum behind. Score and fold edges 2" from ends. Place in front of light or candle.
