STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Cricut® Cuts:
Create A Critter 2 Cartridge
1. Lion
a. Gray shadow (6”Shadow/Icon Shadow + )
b. Brown face (6” )
c. Yellow lion (6” Shift + )
d. Orange mane (6” Layer + )
e. Light blue hat (6” Layer + Shift + )

2. Title: Party Time
a. Light blue title (3 ½” Phrase + )
b. Red title (3 ½” Phrase + Shift + )
Use paper trimmer to cut one 11 ½” x 11 ½” piece of white cardstock. Ink edges. Adhere to one 12” x 12” piece of dark blue cardstock to create base.
Use paper trimmer to cut one 5 ½” x 7 ½” piece of light blue cardstock and one piece of 5 ¼” x 7 ¼” piece of striped pattern paper. Ink edges. Layer together with one 5” x 7” photo. Attach tulle. Adhere to layout.
Use paper trimmer to cut one 5 ½” x 2 ½” piece of yellow cardstock and one 5 ¼” x 2 ¼” piece of red pattern paper. Ink edges. Layer together. Adhere to layout.
Use paper trimmer to cut one 2 ¾” x 6” piece of yellow cardstock and one 2 ½” x 5 ¾” piece of red pattern paper. Create title from cuts 2a-2b. Ink edges. Layer together. Adhere to layout.
Create lion from cuts 1a-1e. Ink edges. Layer together. Use foam squares to adhere to layout.
Embellish as desired.

Use paper trimmer to cut one 5 ½” x 7 ½” piece of light blue cardstock and one piece of 5 ¼” x 7 ¼” piece of striped pattern paper. Ink edges. Layer together with one 5” x 7” photo. Attach tulle. Adhere to layout.

Step 4

Use paper trimmer to cut one 5 ½” x 2 ½” piece of yellow cardstock and one 5 ¼” x 2 ¼” piece of red pattern paper. Ink edges. Layer together. Adhere to layout.

Step 5

Use paper trimmer to cut one 2 ¾” x 6” piece of yellow cardstock and one 2 ½” x 5 ¾” piece of red pattern paper. Create title from cuts 2a-2b. Ink edges. Layer together. Adhere to layout.

Step 6

Create lion from cuts 1a-1e. Ink edges. Layer together. Use foam squares to adhere to layout.

Step 7

Embellish as desired.
