  • Boo Who - Recollections paper pad
  • glue dots
  • black pigment ink
  • foam squares
  • black tulle
  • spider web ribbon
  • white card stock

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

Cut plaque @ 9" from Chic and Scary cartridge. Letters @ 5.25" from A frightful Affair cartridge. Shapes @ 6" from Create a Critter 2 cartridge.
Ink edges of letters and shapes and attatch with foam squares.
Layer ribbon over tulle and attatch with glue dotsto link plaques. Add tulle bows.
