Create a Critter 2 Contest - Fall time Layout

I created this scrapbook layout page using the Create A Critter 2 sneak peek images and my Expression 2.

CRICUT ®: WHAT WAS USED

OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED

  • card stock
  • patterned paper
  • shimmery paint
  • Cricut Craft Room Basics

STEP-BY-STEP How-TO INSTRUCTIONS

I started by placing two pieces of patterned paper one slightly on top of the other to the left side of my page. (the paper measures 9 1/2 inches by 5 inches and 8 inches by 4 inches)
Next, I placed the fall tree in the bottom left side of my page and my photo above it to the right. I matted my photo on white card stock. I painted the leaves of my tree with shimmery paint.
Then I placed my title (Fall time) to the right of the tree. I painted the word Fall with shimmery paint. I also placed a top note die cut below the photo to journal on.
Lastly, I added the little ghosts to my tree. I used the Pirate ghosts from CC2 but I cut their pirate hats off to make regular ghosts. I also used shimmery paint on the ghosts in pale blue for the edges and pink for the cheeks.

Step 1
